Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, display name, username, profile details, reviews, reports, posts, and images you upload. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your billing details; we never see or store your full card number. If you connect a bank account, we access transaction data solely to match and verify prop-firm payouts. We store only transactions that match supported firms and discard everything else. We also collect standard usage data automatically (pages visited, device type, and browser) to improve the Site.

• Operate and personalize the Site: reviews, scores, leaderboards, payout feeds.
• Process subscriptions, ZeroCash rewards, and referral attribution.
• Verify payout transactions via bank connection.
• Send transactional emails about your account activity.
• Detect abuse and enforce community guidelines.
• Analyze aggregated usage to improve performance.

We work with a limited number of third-party providers for authentication, payment processing, financial-data verification, email delivery, image hosting, community integration, analytics, and security. Each provider only receives the data necessary to perform its function and is required to protect it. We do not sell your personal information.

Our bank-connection feature is powered by Plaid. We access only transaction data (not account balances, identity, or income information). Credentials are encrypted at rest. When you disconnect, all associated data is permanently deleted.

We use a small number of cookies for authentication, remembering your preferences, and attributing referral signups. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We protect your data using industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and multi-factor authentication for sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Bank transaction data is deleted when you disconnect. ZeroCash balances do not expire. Reviews and public content remain visible unless removed by you or our moderation team. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days; anonymized aggregate data may be retained.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and disconnect third-party integrations at any time from your account settings.

Our services are hosted in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the US and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will update this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
