By accessing or using ratemyprops.com (the "Site"), operated by PropFirmZero, LLC ("RateMyProps," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
- You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including to abuse referral rewards, coupon codes, or ZeroCash mechanics, is prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
User Content
You may submit reviews, event reports, forum posts, comments, wiki edits, and other content. By submitting content, you grant RateMyProps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the Site. You represent that your content is truthful, based on genuine experience, and does not infringe third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove or moderate any content at our discretion.
Content Disputes & DMCA
If you believe content on RateMyProps infringes your copyright, contains false statements of fact, or violates your rights, you may submit a takedown request by emailing hi@ratemyprops.com with the following information:
- The URL(s) of the content in question.
- Your name and your relationship to the subject (e.g. company representative, individual named).
- A clear description of what is infringing, false, or otherwise in violation.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the content should be removed.
We will review all requests and respond within 7 business days. We may remove, flag, or retain content at our sole discretion. Honest opinions and reviews based on genuine experience are protected speech and will generally not be removed.
For formal DMCA copyright notices, please include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Prohibited Conduct
- Fake reviews, inflated ratings, or fraudulent reports.
- Manipulating scores, votes, or leaderboard rankings.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards, coupon codes, or ZeroCash mechanics.
- Scraping or automated data extraction without permission.
- Unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Abusing referral programs, coupon codes, or reward mechanics.
- Harassment, threats, or impersonation.
- Uploading malicious files or disruptive content.
Subscriptions & Payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.
Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you are purchasing access to paid features for the duration of your billing period. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current period, but no partial or prorated refund will be issued for unused time.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, billing after cancellation), contact hi@ratemyprops.com and we will review your case. Legitimate billing errors will be corrected.
ZeroCash & Rewards
- ZeroCash is earned through approved receipts, referrals, and other qualifying actions.
- ZeroCash balances do not expire.
- ZeroCash has no monetary value outside the RateMyProps platform except where explicitly stated.
- Cashable ZeroCash may be withdrawn as real money by eligible Zero Creator subscribers, subject to minimum withdrawal requirements and availability of the cash-out feature.
- Redeemable ZeroCash may be used for eval discounts, plan credits, and other on-platform benefits as they become available.
- Referral rewards are one-time per referred user per qualifying event. Upgrade rewards pay the difference between the original and new plan tier.
- We reserve the right to adjust balances, modify reward rates, or suspend reward programs in cases of abuse or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
- ZeroCash cannot be transferred between accounts.
Coupon & Referral Codes
- Users may create a personal referral/coupon code for use by others.
- Codes provide a one-time discount to the subscriber and a one-time ZeroCash reward to the code owner.
- Self-referral (using your own code) is prohibited and will not result in a discount or reward.
- Codes may be deactivated by the owner or by RateMyProps at any time.
- Abuse of the coupon system, including creating multiple accounts to generate referral rewards, will result in forfeiture of all earned rewards and account termination.
Financial Data & Plaid
Bank connection is optional. By linking an account, you authorize Plaid to access your transaction data on our behalf, subject to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. We use transaction data solely to verify prop-firm payouts and expenses, not for lending, credit, or advertising. You may disconnect at any time, which deletes all stored data.
Trading Disclosure
RateMyProps is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or investment adviser. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
Futures, forex, and options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance, including payout data displayed on the Site, is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. Only risk capital should be used for trading.
Proprietary trading firms ("prop firms") reviewed on the Site are not regulated broker-dealers and are not members of FINRA, NFA, or any self-regulatory organization. Evaluation accounts provided by prop firms typically involve simulated or demo trading environments and do not constitute real securities or commodity transactions until a trader is transitioned to a live funded account, if applicable.
RateMyProps does not verify the regulatory status, financial condition, or business practices of any firm listed on the Site. Reviews and ratings reflect individual user experiences and opinions and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision.
This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), National Futures Association (NFA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Intellectual Property
All non-user content on the Site (design, code, logos, firm data, scoring methodology) is owned by RateMyProps or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RateMyProps does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, firm data, payout information, or user-submitted material on the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateMyProps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, trading losses, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RateMyProps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Any ZeroCash balance remaining at the time of termination for cause is forfeited. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Wyoming. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
